Shipping Locations

We currently only offer shipping within Bangladesh. We deliver to all locations across Bangladesh, with no restricted areas.

Shipping Timeframes

• Order processing takes between 5-15 days before shipping.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3-4 days

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping is available for orders within Dhaka.

• For deliveries outside Dhaka, shipping fees are calculated based on location, order value, and weight.

Delivery Methods & Partners

• Inside Dhaka: We use our own delivery system for fast and secure shipping.

• Outside Dhaka: We partner with local logistics providers for deliveries.

• We offer an express shipping option, delivering orders within 5-7 days.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders through the tracking system of our logistics providers’ websites. Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

• If the issue is due to a factory defect, we will repair the product or provide a replacement if necessary.
